My name is Crystal and I've been through a lot in life and can relate on several issues. I have found peace and balance in my life so I would like to help pass it on. Or I can just be a comforting listener. I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder 15 years ago and after lots of counseling and meds feel stable.
