Hello, my name is Carmen and I would love to listen to you. I have experience dealing with social anxiety, depression, gut-wrenching breakups, teenage angst, an alcoholic parent, & a multitude of other woes. Remind yourself that "this too shall pass", and until that moment I would love to help in any way I can! I'm currently a college student studying Human Relations and English Literature, with two part-time jobs at a spa and a yoga studio!
