With my first experience on 7 Cups, I didn't know what to expect. Grace not only offered over two hours worth of an attentive ear, but also validation and some very good advice to help me navigate future episodes of anxiety and negative self talk. She was patient with me and never once did I feel like I was bothersome to her. She also made ma laugh quite a few times, and cry happy tears. Thank you so much for the good work you do that helped to ease this troubled heart ❤️💕
