Hey, I'm happy you found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm 20 years old studying Psychology at University. I'm here to help anyone, especially young people. I have experience with mental illness and difficult emotions so I understand how helpful it is to talk to someone. You can come to me with any issue at all, and I feel like I could be espeically helpful with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, managing emotions, panic attacks and self-harm.
