...See more Anyone with OCD: what do you need from a romantic partner? If youre currently with someone, what are the best ways they support you? My boyfriend has scrupulosity/religious OCD. Hes tried CBT, ERP, mindfulness, and currently new medication, but nothing seems to help. He often feels very hopeless. I do my best to stay positive and be supportive, but I also deal with my own depression and anxiety, so it sometimes feels like Im not able to do anything. Any form of encouragement is appreciated :/
