Hi ^.^
I´m very happy you found me here. I´m someone who has had a lot of stuff to overcome in life and after feeling very badly for years upon years I have finally managed to get myself in a situation where I am doing a lot better. Even though life has been hard I feel that if I can help anyone who feels abandoned, depressed, sad or just terrible in general... I would love to do so. I´m not by far an expert but I am a caring person willing to make time for anyone who needs it.
I will list some of the things I have personal experience with but that doesn´t mean you can´t talk to me about other things that cause you troubles.

I don't have much to add to the previous reviews, I'm just so glad that I found this truly caring and experienced listener. I brought up some pretty tough issues that I haven't been able to discuss with anyone else, and she was brave enough to listen and provide guidance until I felt much better.
Wow! What a fabulous listener. Great insight, compassion, practical ideas. Gave me loads to think about, and all of it so wise.
She helped me open up to others about my depression and she was there for me when I needed her to be... We spent hours chatting and she helps me get trough my mental breakdowns. She'll do anything in her power to help you... and she wants to be there for you, no matter how difficult the times you're going trough. Just be wary... if she doesn't respond for some time she's probably busy with those rats of hers... they're like children to her :-) Back on topic, Just open a chat and start singing the bohemian rahpsody.. She'll sing along ;-) (Warning: I can't promise her singing won't make your ears bleed. Do so at your own risk.)

SoftRiver was amazing. I had a mental breakdown this morning that culminated in me screaming at a coffee package for not opening. Everything in my life was falling apart, and I downloaded the app out of desperation. It was a huge blessing to talk to SoftRiver, who listened to my rant, validated my feelings, and advised me to do something for relaxation before talking. I went to the pool to swim, something I had not done in a long time. I talked to SoftRiver after swimming in a miraculously calm and level-headed state compared to the morning. Then SoftRiver talked to me and listened to my whole life story for hours, until finally SoftRiver helped me realize what I have been doing wrong in my life and what I want to change. I could not be asked for a better listener than SoftRiver. Empathetic, nonjudgmental, concise, compassionate, brilliant, and honest, I cannot recommend anyone more than SoftRiver.

I felt like I had found a friend in SoftRiver. The time that they put into talking to me made me feel like they really did care.
She really is like a soft river and with her sparkling soft clear running water she motivates and bring new hope .. It was really a very good and enlighted chat over a cup of tea!!
This listener was a very good listener- not only did she listen to me but she offered a lot of peace for me. I know that if I need help again, she is the one I want to look for. She is terrific- i would recommend her to anyone that needs someone .
My listener was very kind and I loved my time talking with them.
Instead of just giving generic responses, they asked questions and actually listened. I'm not sure if it's because english was their second language(not sure about that fact, but there's a German flag by their name so I think that's the case), and they had to ask questions for that reason, but they were clear and kind, and what I needed tonight.
