...See more So I've uh,, just recently realized I was sexually assaulted when I was 11 and I'm not really coping with it very well. I've kinda just been crying on and off for days because of it and idk I just don't know what to do to like,,, start healing I guess I just want to stop thinking about it so much y'know, like I'm snapping at everyone because I'm just so stressed thinking about it all the time so any tips of ways to cope with it in a healthier way would be really nice
