Is my trauma legit?

...See more I’ve been suffering from long covid for two years now (I was in China in November of 2019 and contracted it there), and I feel seriously traumatized by the entire experience. I’m completely debilitated, most days I can’t get out of bed, and I’m young (I got covid when I was 25, I’m 27 now). I’ve seen so many doctors with no improvement, and I find it extremely hard not to dissociate during doctor’s appointments because I feel so… I don’t even know how to describe the emotion. But every time I try to research medical trauma, it’s all about having a traumatic experience in hospital or receiving a terminal diagnosis. That doesn’t fit my experience so I think “is my trauma even real?” I know my feelings are real, but then I think “well you weren’t hospitalized or intubated so you can’t be traumatized.” Can someone please help me?
