...See more Hello all. I don't know exactly what to do with my life and how I feel each day. I feel I am lost with what I'm supposed to be doing in my life and that I am constantly feeling like I'm chasing everyone close to me away. I don't know how to change this mindset, no matter how good I may feel one day, there will always be these thoughts returning to me again to remind me how terrible I think I am and how I deserve to be left alone with nothing. I just want to know how anybody who may have felt this way got past this? Is there a way? Thank you in advance for any advice, love and light x
