I have been suffering alone with my own mental and physical illnesses for years now, and have been studying psychology and alot of other things, i have joined on here in order to help other people so they dont have to go through things alone like i did.. and i truly believe you cant really understand something you havent yourself experienced.. i have been through alot and hope to help alot :3
