...See more Hi guys, hope you are all doing okay , i got a question that might seem debatable. I'm almost 20 years old and i have deep self hatred and low self esteem and worthy , i have tried everything pretty much , therapy , friendships & relationships to feel loved. Distracting myself, or even trying to love myself as i am and nothing ever worked , now i came across a solution which is hating on the person that made me hate myself , not in a way that I'll harm them but I'll completely remove any positive feeling for them, is that morally accepted? And i wonder if anyone tried that before - preferred to be like my case like hated a family member or a friend- and did it work? And thank you so much
