Health worry, worried about the future

...See more Hi everyone! My name is Chip and I'm 32 years old. Like a couple of the posts Ive read I also have alot of trouble sleeping at night. This wasn't always the case for me but this anxiety thing just seemed to come out of nowhere and now its an ongoing issue. I am learning that I experience alot of negative thoughts on my day to day, like my job stressing me out all the time. I have thoughts and worries about my health, like when my body doesnt feel right, this gives me alot of anxiety thinking there is something seriously wrong but i end up being fine after the episode. During the day time i am usually fine but when i lay down to sleep, my mind wanders and my body is uneasy, like you feel that there is somthing physically wrong with you kinda feeling. This really messes with my ability to relax and sleep. My mind takes it to the extreme wondering if i sleep am i going to wake up. This has been haunting me for a while now, i hope to find some tools to help me overcome this.
