...See more I am trying to practice intuitive eating and I can differentiate between the feelings of craving, hungry, and binge. When I see chocolate, I eat it, even if it doesn’t taste good or I don’t want it, if I think of it I have to find some. And I have to eat as much as I can of it, and I’m secret. I try to pause and think out how it will taste and then rationalize and make a decision but sometimes I don’t catch myself fast enough and 8 candies or chocolate or sweet later, my stomach hurts and I regret it and it usually wasn’t even worth it. The I want to restrict myself but I know I shouldn’t
