He was very nice, and seemed to have honest and thoughtful replies to what I had to say. I like that by using this there was just someone to listen and talk to so I appreciate that he was willing to.

This person is really patient, and manages the chats smartly - he does very few at once, saving his energy, which is the opposite of what a lot of people here do.... and that means he'll talk to you longer/with more energy. No weird dropping off or telling you he's too tired, and to talk to him later. Also, he's very positive and makes you feel better and more forgiven. I'm glad I found this person so quickly.
