Hi, there! My name's Chris, and I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, family stress, anxiety, and/or LGBTQ issues. My aim is to provide a safe space where you can talk about your problems, whatever they may be, free of judgement or criticism. Though I can't guarantee that I'll be able to offer a solution to your problem, I can promise that I'll do my best to help you through. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, gardening and way too many other things to list! I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you.
