...See more I'm new to this community! I'm usually pretty positive, but I keep having these really soul crushing depression moments that idk how to navigate through. I'm 28 years old, I'm so chronically ill with like 10+ illnesses that make me feel so far behind in life. I can barely get through school and I just had to quit my first job after only 5 months. I can't even get a driver's license. I feel like the world passes on and leaves me behind. I have really deep and untreated cptsd too from almost 20 years of physical and psychological abuse. I can't afford any therapy and the therapists from my insurance won't even help me. So I'm clinging on to whatever free support I can get. I'm also really bad at approaching people because history has shown me that a lot of people and doctors think that all these problems are basically my fault and I should feel bad. I'm so sorry for unloading so much. I'm desperate for help tbh. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community. Thank you for reading. ♡
