...See more Hi, I am new here and I have been struggling with self harm for some time now. I want to change this lifestyle and would sure appreciate some advice and techniques in starting my journey. I know that this will take time and won't be easy but I am willing to try and I believe in myself that this change will help me to become a better version of myself. So if anyone is reading this you are not alone because I am freaking out too!!! But together we can do this 💪. I would like to encourage others to join me on my journey because I believe that supporting one another and encouraging each other is key to progression. That's all for now.
