...See more So I have this constant fear that something is terribly wrong with me and that something horrible is going to happen to me. It keeps me up at night and has started affecting me during the day. I believe this all started about a month ago when my best friend passed away. It was so sudden and has my brain working overtime trying to figure it out. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else suffers from the same or has advice for dealing with bad anxiety attacks.
