...See more I need some hope... Is there really something better beyond all this Anxiety? Did you make it out? I'm not talking about simple test anxiety, I'm talking about the kind of anxiety that rules your life... makes it so you can't breath, can't talk, can't ask for things, can't leave the house, cant get out of bed.... the kind of anxiety that makes you overthink, question, doubt.... it makes you fight with your husband and avoid your family cause you cant stand to be alone but cant stand to be with people either... when 1 panic attack is considered a good day... when your concerns about your health keep you awake at night but you know its the anxiety that's making you sick... I've never known life without anxiety so it's normal to me and almost a security blanket for me to navigate this world with but this year has been different...this year its drowning me....its too much.... im so scared that this is the new me and I won't make it back to even the comfortable levels of anxiety that I lived with before.... am I stuck... is a life without anxiety even an option.. Have you felt this? Have you made it out? I'm open to anything you want to share...
