I need some hope... Is there really something better beyond all this Anxiety? Did you make it out?

I'm not talking about simple test anxiety, I'm talking about the kind of anxiety that rules your life... makes it so you can't breath, can't talk, can't ask for things, can't leave the house, cant get out of bed.... the kind of anxiety that makes you overthink, question, doubt.... it makes you fight with your husband and avoid your family cause you cant stand to be alone but cant stand to be with people either... when 1 panic attack is considered a good day... when your concerns about your health keep you awake at night but you know its the anxiety that's making you sick...

I've never known life without anxiety so it's normal to me and almost a security blanket for me to navigate this world with but this year has been different...this year its drowning me....its too much.... im so scared that this is the new me and I won't make it back to even the comfortable levels of anxiety that I lived with before.... am I stuck... is a life without anxiety even an option..

Have you felt this? Have you made it out? I'm open to anything you want to share...

@Cloudshapes

I have the same anxiety. I don't even have to go outside anymore, the panic attack just comes.

And it hits hard. My heart rate is above the roof. I am diagnosed with depression as well, on top of that i also have a really bad luck with people plus all those years with abuse... At this point i just want to lay down and die already, because i don't think i ever gonna get better. But this is just me. We all have a fate. There is nothing we can do to change it. May you have a better luck in life than me.

@loyalTortoise7680 Yes, I don't need a trigger for my panic attacks to happen. I can be a home just trying to be at peace but the anxiety and panic still come. The depression I've felt this year is new for me and it's heavy stuff... not everyone understands but the people here seem to. We are all struggling with something and there's just a sort of respect and understanding and support about it all here. I hear you tortoise. Thank you for responding. In it together and striving for better days 💞
