I would like to connect with a listener, preferably a woman, with who I could share my healing and recovery journey from severely abusive relationship I escaped from almost a year ago. Learning to trust is still a challenge and focusing on 1on1 interactions is only way I'm able to let someone in at the moment. Today this realization washed over me that I've been trying to stomach it all mostly in silence by myself and it's impeding the recovery and impacting my well being a lot. If there's anyone who could and would want to do this, please do let me to know in this thread. Thank you a lot in advance!

...See more It's a late and very snowy night. After a moment of hesitation, it felt like it's the time to open myself up to the world again. Am not sure how often or not I'll write in here. All I want is a space for myself, a place where I can write down my thoughts, share about my days and heal. Creativity has always been my lifeline and my best friend. It has helped me to heal and start all over again. I hope to bring warmth and comfort to anyone who decides to read trough my life pages. Just like with starting any new thing, am nervous. In a good way. In a < I'm growing > kind of a way. And it makes me really proud. Vulnerability, to be vulnerable is one of my biggest fear and challenge. Trough writing in here I hope to overcome my fear to connect and show up, share with the others. To gently break down all those walls I built around me. And to let the light in. January 14th. 2:51 AM
