...See more Depression gets the better of us all at some stage of our life. Nobody is immune no matter who you are. Some tips and tricks to help when you are ready in yourself to try make a change, i have found are actually really small, achievable steps, like even getting up and making your bed, thats a completed task already, take a shower or a bath, thats another task complete, open the curtains, open some windows if you can, let the fresh air in. Your mind is possibly hounding you in all negative ways possible and thats okay, let it. Honestly. its about progress not perfection today. Treat yourself to a little breakfast, because by now youve already completed 4 achievable tasks which is massive when your in that dark place amd youve eaten something which is also a bonus. Your plan for the day is about recovery and resting your mind because it has taken a pounding from alot thats going on in your life, you can only absorb so much from other people and when your depleted its time for some you time. After something to eat, try to clean up after yourself this time, tidy up your mess, do your dishes get them out of the way, another task completed, might even give you the strength to take care of your laundry all together you never know, might even inspire you to pull out the vacuum cleaner too, before you know it youve completed multiple tasks, AND eaten which is so good. From that youve got yourself some momentum going to perhaps work on your own project you have always wanted to start, or maybe turn your garden over, or even jump on the couch and watch your favorite shows but at least youve made progress. As a solo person, a parent, even you youth out there, depression gets us all, your never alone, your worth everything just as much as the rest of us and have every right to be here, are worth love, and compassion too. It will slowly get better. Small achievements are worth celebrating, momentum is a key, and at then end of the day you can hop into a freshly made bed, a bed that you made 🫶🙏 never give up. There's always a way through.

...See more There's 2 kinds of anxiety. First kind is the kind you get when your going to a new job interview, or a first date, or new school, or just some situation your new too, or youve gotten into trouble on accident and unsure of the consequences etc. Then theres the second kind of anxiety that pretty much steals your life and isolates you, with anxiety attacks, panic attacks, it takes all your opportunities away, your confidence, it basically cripples everything about you and isolates you until your depressed completely and an anxious mess. Im here to tell you that the second anxiety is ruthless, and I wouldnt wish it on anybody on this earth. But im also here to say, you can recover from it and get your life back and actually live with it to the point its helpful and you end up actually grateful to have it. I recovered and got my life back without medication, without being constantly busy or distracting myself constantly, or being a gym freak or anything like that, I got my life back for free. I will gladly share my solutions to anyone who is struggling with severe ruthless anxiety in hopes it helps you take your life back too.
