The room grew cold. Because the window was open. A cat jumped through the window....down the street and into the crowd below. we saw purple bubbles over the people. why does it smell like grape shampoo 😂 the grape realised it had held its breath until it turned purple 😮. we turned grape into juice. The other grapes barricaded themselves inside of a fortress so they would be safe from being turned into juice, too, while holding a private memorial, for the grape that was a goner" 😇r.i.p 🍇⚰️

Might apply to other life tasks too. #1 use cups for support + lighthearted check-ins during the day - its OK if you don't want to quit all together. Research shows that balance is better than complete shut down #2 plan out your day in the mornings before using your phone for anything +1 if we check our phones first thing, we give ourselves free anxiety #3 share your goals on 7 Cups. pick 3 top things to do. come to TCR/your group chat and say them. we also have a weekly goal thread if interested too. #4 only check-in after the first task gets completed. so we can cheer for you #5 take a study/task break and come have fun on cups #6 return to work, knowing people are waiting for your day to end on a good note #7 use 7 cups one line a day journal or the forums to conclude the day with a summary of what you achieved and what you found challenging #8 learn, grow, reflect, tweak schedules Time is a created thing. I like how you dance to your own music and try you best to go through every challenge you face. You've grown so much since I've known you too. Seeing you in the rooms always brings some light into my day. While being on the adult side has had its challenges, I want you to know the teens, mods, and everyone who meet you all appreciate you.
