How to Avoid Cups Addiction
Ask Anne Series response for a teen asking about cups addiction and balancing their studies. Might apply to other life tasks too.

#1 use cups for support + lighthearted check-ins during the day - its OK if you don't want to quit all together. Research shows that balance is
better than complete shut down
#2 plan out your day in the mornings before using your phone for anything
+1 if we check our phones first thing, we give ourselves free anxiety
#3
share your goals on 7 Cups. pick 3 top things to do. come to TCR/your group chat and
say them. we also have a weekly goal thread if interested too.
#4 only check-in after the first task gets completed. so we can cheer for you
#5 take a study/task break and come have fun on cups
#6 return to work, knowing people are waiting for your day to end on a good note
#7 use 7 cups one line a day journal or the forums to conclude the day with a summary of what you achieved and what you found challenging
#8 learn, grow, reflect, tweak schedules
