About Me 

*Sending a poorly coordinated virtual high-five* I'm Ruhi! Your comrade (No political connotations ❤️ ) . I too am facing a lot of battles and have been fighting through them. We all are in this together.... so it makes us all comrades, no? We will surely get through our troubles - as a team. 

At 7Cups I offer up my support and encouragement through the following roles

1. Quality Listening Program Mentor 

I send reminders to trainees to submit their trial-end forms at the end of their two week trial in the Quality Listening Program. I also provide general assistance and support to new trainees embarking on their training for the QLP. 

2. Community Mentor (Poetry Community) 

I write my own poems and try my best to encourage and dedicate time to fostering togetherness and positivity in the Poetry Sub-community.

I am no longer as active in listener or member chats. I am not able to dedicate as much time as I once could. I miss all the chats I was fond of, but no longer have the same ability to provide long and dedicated time towards chats as I once could.

Whatever you are going through, just know, you aren't alone. I know the world tells you you're so small and tiny. Skyscrapers overlook you, mountains swarm you, and if it's not your physical environment makin' ya feel itty bitty... it's people, it's expectations - it's a billion different things. You aren't a spec in the universe. YOU are a universe within yourself, with an infinite ocean of emotions, memories, experiences, and thoughts. You are a giant that can touch the sky in absolute joy one day, and then go on to crush everything beneath your feet the next day ... everything that you've climbed for, have worked for, and yearned for. You are a beautifully complex creature, inside and out, - that has the power of a menace, yet the ability to bestow the softest and most comforting kindness onto others - but most importantly, to yourself. ANYWHO, I chattered about a whole lot - I just want you to know that they EVEN TOLD PLUTO he was too tiny to be a planet. Pluto is my favorite, and for the struggles you have endured, for the greater strength to seek help through it all, for all of what makes you who you are - you all are my favorite too. Favorite - species? I like pandas though too - maybe... after pandas. Haha. You're gonna' get through this. We both will.
