...See more I've been clean for a fair while now, I'm really struggling atm though. I managed to avoid ice for a fair while but now it's in my face. I'm finding myself having bad thoughts again. One won't hurt the usual thought patterns that come before I end up relapsing. I'm worried that I'm going to fall and if I do I might not be able to get up this time. Last time I got clean I went through cold Turkey and it almost killed me.
