Should I confront my friend about their behavior?

...See more Ive been friends with this person for 8ish years. She came to visit me the first time in three years since she moved away, where she told me three times I was mentally abusive (two times when I had been joking with her, so I thought it was a joke, and the third in all seriousness). She even tried to tell me that I admitted it to her which I have no memory of. Outside of that, she came over sick and was around my entire family. She said she hoped she didn’t have rona because she hugged her elderly grandmother. When I brought up she was around my family (including my grandparents) and her other friend’s family, she proceeded to say she didn’t care about them which upset me. overall I’m just very upset and I’ve had people tell me to ghost her. I want to tell her what she did to upset me but I’m not sure if I should just wait for her to text me (cause I haven’t texted her, I’m usually the convo starter) and then tell her or confront her and ask her to be better. I don’t want to put up with her rudeness, but I also don’t want to end our friendship after we’ve been friends for so long. I don’t know what to do.
