I think I had a panic attack??

...See more What happened today is I got hit in the face with a soccer ball during a soccer game and my glasses broke. I was fine at first it hardly even hurt I was crying a little bit though but I sat out for a while. I went and played again I was still a little tense. By the end of my second time playing everyone was just asking me questions about my glasses and my head giving me all this unwanted attention. It was the end of the game so I had the chance to go back to the car but I started crying again even though I wasn't in physical pain. I was just think about how people don't really care about me any other time and it made me sad feeling because all this pressure and tension was in me about this hit in the head I'm not used to having people ask how I'm doing. So when I was in the car I wasn't even crying I was just hyperventilating, I always cry very badly when I get hurt but not from physical pain because people are asking me if I'm okay. This is really weird to me and I can't control it. I really need help.
