...See more Hello, Im in a senior in high school and before anyone says it, I know hormones make us teenagers dramatic. Well at winter formal on Saturday my boyfriend of 1 year broke up with me because I was upset he was paying more attention to his friends than to me on our anniversary/dance and he said too bad because he was with me two hours before the dance and what more could I want. I know this sounds bad on his part but he truly was a good and caring person, hes a bit younger than me but ultimately we talked and he chose his friends over me, Im not sure why he couldnt just balance both, but I guess being there the whole time supporting him when sometimes his friends abandoned him doesnt count for anything in the end because he just abandoned me for his friends when it started getting tough? Has anyone else experienced this? We are not getting back together and Ive been physically sick for days and cant sleep because I feel so heartbroken, I really loved him a lot and miss him and if it couldnt get any worse he told me to get over it because he doesnt love me anymore when I begged him to rethink his decision. He is one of the most intelligent and caring people I know yet I dont understand. I just want to hear other peoples stories of maybe similar events or what yall think, Im a pretty successful person but this is tearing me apart.
