...See more Recently my ex had followed me on instagram. he caused me a lot of mental destruction. its really bothering me that he still tries to connect with me. im really happy in my relationship with my boyfriend. he is one of the kindest generous people i have met but i have trust issues and abandonment issues and i dont want it to take a toll on this relationship. any advice pls
