Panic attacks caused by anger

...See more Okay, so I've slowly come to realize that all my panic attack are caused by anger, most of the time or guilt. I can manage my attacks a lot better than before, but symptoms like upper back pain, the feeling of my eating and breathing tubes contracting, heart palpitations and the urge to destroy something has become more intense. Does any of you experience this? What do you do to manage your attack?
