Well what can I say, I've been to hell & back many times & pulled myself up higher than ever. I know what loneliness feels like & pretending your perfect to the outside world when really your dying inside.
I'm 29 there's not very much I haven't been through & come through fighting strong
I'm a true believer in a friend in need 👍🏼
I'm trained to listen to anybody needing support with anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation, drug & alcohol abuse, addiction, sexual abuse, break ups, marriage difficulties, parental issues, bullying, domestic violence, eating disorders, grief, loneliness & general emotional support :-D
