...See more Hi, I’m diagnosed with Bipolar 1 with psychosis. My husband has stood by my side through the diagnosis and the roller coaster we have been on for the past 6 mos. My issue is that even though my husband is great, when I’m depressed I hate him. How do I cope with this feeling that I know isn’t real when it feels so real? How do I stop myself from destroying my relationship just because I’m depressed. I can feel myself pushing him away, and I can see that it is running a toll on him too. I just want us to be happy!
