...See more Lately I've started to notice that my anxiety is making me feel really insecure about myself and I constantly bring myself down..I worry too much about what people think about me and I make myself think that I'm embarrassing myself by doing normal things. I dont even want to leave my house anymore because I feel like I'm constantly being judged..I'm always sad and the smallest things bring me down,I'm so tired of feeling like this...
