...See more why is it/does anyone else experience the feeling that it requires so much energy to meet and talk to people and every time I make friends its so hard for me to go hang out with them but then I get upset when Im alone because I feel like I have no friends and nobody likes me and it becomes this vicious circle that I cant break. Like quite literally after I go spend time with a friend, even if its just coffee, the energy required to do that just drains me for days.
