I'm a musician. I play bass guitar and bassoon primarily, but I also play saxophone and mallet percussion (i.e. xylophone, marimba) quite a bit, as well as a little piano, clarinet, oboe, and drums. I play a lot of video games, mostly ones that are single player and heavy narrative based. My favorites are Final Fantasy X, Nier: Automata, Horizon Zero Dawn, Pokemon Gold/Silver, Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, MarioKart, and The Last of Us, and I'm currently playing God of War and Persona 5. I love music of all kinds, with exception to modern day pop and country. I mostly listen to rock and metal, but I enjoy my fair share of jazz and older country and older rap. I also play Yu-Gi-Oh in my spare time with my roommates, as well as Magic: The Gathering and Force of Will. I immensely enjoy reading, mostly fantasy. My favorite book series is Malazan Book of the Fallen by Steven Erikson. I love poetry. My favorite poets are Ralph Waldo Emerson and Alfred Lord Tennyson. I'm currently reading A Perfect Union of Contrary Things, written by Sarah Jensen and Maynard James Keenan. It's a biography on Keenan, who fronts the bands Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer, as well as makes his own wine.

I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome when I was a kid, and Major Depressive Disorder with Severe Psychotic Tendencies in high school, as well as insomnia. My brother passed away the day after he was born, then my grandmother, who was more like a real mother to me than my mom, died from cancer 2 years later. I had my heart torn in two by someone I loved more than anything in the world. I'm a broken soul who just wants help...
