About online status and chat response time: 
 As for the online status, if you see the Busy/orange colour on, it means I'm already listening to a member. Message me with the issue you want to discuss ( Not just "hi") and I'll talk with you when the current conversation cames to an end. I usually do only one person at the time, two is the maximum, but I answer to everyone when I'm finished with the prior chats. Procced the same way if you see the Offline status, just send me a message with the issue you want to talk about, and I'll get to you when I see it. 
 Regarding my reponse timming during our chats, usually I'm fast on answering, on other ocasions I'll take longer to reply cause I might have to write a bigger text to send you, so, be patient. I don't do well with people that want constant reply on the instant minute they send me something, if you want a chat on those measures please don't seek me. I don't want to give general short answers that will not really make a difference, I want to be insightful on the issues memberes bring me, and for that, sometimes I might need a couple of minutes. <3
