Meltdown in college class

...See more Currently taking a bath post long long meltdown today. I had to miss an appointment this morning because I left my keys in my girlfriend's car, and it was the breaking point after a hard few weeks. I kept it together long enough to get to a class this afternoon but my brain felt like it was locked up and I really struggled to get through in in-class assignment. It was all stuff I knew but I just couldn't make it work. Once I started crying I couldn't stop. I was so embarrassed. It's a senior class and the professor kept coming over and trying to get me to get the right answer. She kept trying to get me say answers on the spot and my brain just wouldn't work. I wanted to run out and I knew everyone could see me crying. I was the last out and I didn't finish. I just turned it what I had and cried in my car. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice on what I could say to the professor? Thanks
