Hello ! I am so glad you have found me on 7 cups of tea ! I am an active trained listener and am here to help people who may suffer from depression , anxiety or suicidal thoughts. I love dancing, biking ,cooking and occasionally sitting down and watching television. I have and sometimes still do suffer from depression and anxiety and know that talking to someone does help.
