...See more 5;30 and I'm awake what was my first thought? S*** I woke up again dreading the rest of the day. It's the same thing every day and it's old I don't know what to think or do about it. suggestions would be welcomed.

...See more I've been diagnosed with Bi polar, adhd  severe depression and imminent explosive disorder I have a therapist (the only place that'll take my insurance) I've been seeing him since October, well in October I found out my wife had cheated on me, we discussed what caused it and if we were gonna separate, we're not we're falling back in love but every session I have with my therapist he brings it up it makes me mad and makes me double think if I should stay. I tell him we're working on us and he still asks if she's still being faithful, you can't be with her 24/7 and he urge me to quit the relationship because I'm setting myself up for "heart break" I don't believe that, we're working together it's like when we first started dating but he still won't let it go. How's a person supposed to heal with that being brought up ever session? I can't understand what he's doing it doesn't help with depression it makes me over think everything and I don't know how to deal with it. I need help
