...See more I've been dealing with this for far too long and I wish to put an end to it. However, I've been dealing with it for many, many years and it's become an indomitable monster by this point. What I want to say is that I'm fighting this on my own and I'd like to find some support. Whenever I'm alone at home, I try my best to not let my intrusive thoughts get the best of me. Also, this is kinda off-topic, but whenever my body hurts, my mind races with many bad thoughts and I break into a really cold sweat. Anyone else got that?
