Hey! I am a trained active listener on 7 Cups of Tea! I am glad you found me. My expert areas are adhd, anxiety, depression, self harm, panic attacks, PTSD, alcohol/ drug abuse, bullying, domestic abuse, chronic pain, loneliness, and social anxiety. I enjoy being outside in the nature, lots of trail walks is where I feel a peace, hanging out with friends who make me feel good about myself, driving around listening to music, reading the Bible and praying, and going to concerts.
