...See more I’m just so tired of fighting to do anything. My brain tells me so many things at once that I break down and just can’t move. I get so stuck. But my brain meanwhile is going light speed with all these thoughts about everything. I feel myself slipping away, I stop caring so much, I start building walls, my place is a mess, I’m not taking care of myself. I’ve been trying to get into the doctor for months, after issues with my health insurance and a move to another county. Now I finally will get to see the doctor but can’t get into a therapist without a referral! I’m so flustered and overwhelmed and yet completely deflated.
