Hi! My name is Eric. Welcome to 7 cups!!!

Any guest or member receives an empathetic, experienced and well-rated listener that I interact with. Everyone has issues in their life that are valid in their life that I want to at least actively listen to help find the exact words, direction needed, or simply vent. I generally will ask follow-up questions for clarity or more detail, but you are not required to share information you are uncomfortable saying. Please do not hesitate to tell me how you want chats to go.

Everyone matters and has immense worth. People will try to invalidate you or make unfair comparisons. I will try my absolute hardest to heighten self-esteem and reinforce positive cognitive behavior because I have lived through feeling the opposite.

My 1 on 1s are open for anyone and I will respond as soon as I can. If I am offline, I receive push notifications to my phone and will try to reach you when I can. If I list myself as busy, I may need a longer time to respond. I have no set schedule, but try to strive for daily interaction.
