24/7 health anxiety

...See more hey im a 15 year old girl who was diagnosed with anxiety,deppression and panic disoder when i was 9. ever since i was diagnosed my anxiety has been on and off, some times its bad and sometimes its okay. latley my anxiety hadnt been too bad but after feeling poorly this week my anxiety has been triggered and its extremly bad. its 24/7 feelings that im going to die,i feel shaky,weak, heart puplitaions, my chest feels very weak and i almost feel shaky in my chest when i move. obvsouisly i said i have been poorly this week and my mum has booked me a doctors appoinment for in a few days time but i think im going to stay anxious untill i see the doctor. ive tried distraction techniques and breathing techniques but the anxiety just wont go away. does anyone have some advise or suggestions??
