...See more So I’ve realized recently that there was a label that described my problems with eating perfectly and I’m trying to find more research on ARFID so far I know the main things like what causes it, when it’s normal developed in a person and some of the types. I’m not entirely sure where I can talk to a professional about this in hopes to get a diagnoses so if someone could point me in the right place or educate me more that would be extremely appreciated 🙂‍↕️

...See more I’m a teenager who started my medication journey around 6 months ago and I’m getting so frustrated that I don’t even know if there’s a positive difference. On one hand I guess I feel like I can get a task done without fuss but I also feel like I’m TOO focused. I can’t think in class as I can hear everything going around me, I get aggravated at my friends when they touch me or play with my hair (which I normally never minded and even enjoyed). I feel like I’ve just lost my spark in physical touch as a way of showing my love to others and IM SO AGGRAVATED OVER EATING. I’m never hungry anymore but if I don’t eat I get even more moody at everyone and I’m not one to stuggle with food apart from AFRID but I just worry now so much more on “I don’t want it seem like some kid faking an ED and not eating at lunch” but I just can’t find my apatite. Can someone please tell me how I can find my spark and main reason for joy again and also a way to cope with my uneven eating habits whilst still using medication
