...See more Hi everybody. Ive been using benzodiazepines among other things for about 6 months and I just wondered if anyone here has any tips to quit? I want to get off them but Ive read some withdrawals symptoms and reports from people who had quit and it almost seems worthless if Im going to go through hell. Does smoking weed help during the withdrawal or alcohol or anything? I want all your tips I take them for my anxiety and a little bit for my depression. Theyre prescribed is what Im trying to say.
