Hi, I’m Emily. I’m someone who has walked through trauma, healing, neurodivergence, and the messy, beautiful process of rebuilding yourself. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure where to turn. Because of that, I show up with patience, compassion, and zero judgment.


I believe in small steps, honest conversations, and creating a space where you can breathe again. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly — you can just be human here. I’m here to listen, support, and walk beside you at your pace.

I’m certified in peer support with various other certifications, many focused on cultural respect and sensitivity.

...See more I'm a peer support specialist and ABA technician and finding work in these areas is so difficult. I've been loving coming on here and getting additional experience and feeling like I'm providing the empathy and understanding people deserve, but I'd love to be able to truly begin with peer support to pursue a career in this area. Ideally virtual would be best as I have two AuDHD children, but I feel this is my purpose, much like motherhood, I just wish I knew where to look and where to start.
