How do you find work? :)
I'm a peer support specialist and ABA technician and finding work in these areas is so difficult. I've been loving coming on here and getting additional experience and feeling like I'm providing the empathy and understanding people deserve, but I'd love to be able to truly begin with peer support to pursue a career in this area.
Ideally virtual would be best as I have two AuDHD children, but I feel this is my purpose, much like motherhood, I just wish I knew where to look and where to start.

Great website to find the email of the manager of that role, example manager of software engineer, if you go to the jobs section on linkedin, you can type that in, put the country, and reach out to them :)
Alot of guides on how to reach out, what to say, you can look at their professional experience and compliment them as a first message.
