Personally, I have dealt with a lot of things that has negatively affected me, but these negative events also helped me grow as a person and to gain a deeper understanding on a lot of issues.  Structure of my chats:


My live chats last around 20 minutes to minutes to ensure that the discussion that takes place is fluid, but not too long. It's best to cover the issue(s) you are facing in smaller sessions . Topics I am not experienced with are religion and spirituality, therefore if these topics are relevant to your struggles, I am happy to refer you to a listener who will be able to support you in the best possible way. I understand the need for someone to give you advice or opinions, you should know that you are the only person who will understand your thoughts, emotions and circumstances, so advice or opinions from my perspective or how I feel will not be helpful to your situation. My role as a listener is to lend an ear to your struggles and help you navigate through them so that you may gain clarity of your situation and your feelings associated with it.

...See more Hi there fellow members and/or listeners!. As you can see by the title of this forum, I want to have a discussion regarding the accessibility of resources and support for individuals who face issues in experiencing sexual pleasure, which in turn affects their mental health. Although 7 Cups has a multitude of resoures that one can access, in relation to the type emotional support you feel you need, I feel that more can be created for those who face emotional distress due to not being able to experiencing sexual pleasure. Not being able to experience sexual pleasure can defined and be attributed to many things, but for example, lack of libido and erectyle dysfunction are one of the few examples that are related to this. My question for the members who might be dealing with such issues, and for fellow listeners who might want to add their imput, is do you think/feel that you have the necessary access and resources to aid you getting the adequate emotional support?
